No, failure to submit a Modern Slavery Statement will not result in a response being disregarded. We will review all responses received. It is worth noting that requesting this information is a legislative requirement for pre-market engagement activities in high risk categories, and therefore we would encourage all interested parties to provide the requested information.

Yes, the framework and all associated notices will be advertised on FTS. They will be launched via our Jaggaer e-tendering portal and the Central Digital Platform. If you have not yet done so, please register for Jaggaer here.
The Selection Tool is intended to reduce duplication by holding supplier certifications that have already been submitted. This means buyers can access relevant information without suppliers having to answer the same questions for every ITT, although additional questions may still be required where relevant.
This is still in the process of being confirmed and we will explore all options during pre-market engagement and strategy development. We expect the Framework to have a number of mandatory Pass/Fail requirements that suppliers must meet to be awarded to it. These will be relevant and appropriate to the entire public sector market and the scope of the Framework.
The Framework agreement will be available to all organisations to utilise, provided they align to the Terms and Conditions. This will be largely utilised by public sector organisations and will be marketed as a public sector framework agreement.
We can confirm the terms will be shared at a later stage for review. At this point, we are just looking for confirmation as per the guidance.
