Who can use the framework
ComIT 4 - ICT Solutions will be available to all UK public sector contracting authorities, as defined under the Procurement Act 2023.
This includes organisations across health, social care, central government, and wider public sector bodies, as well as those with similar procurement needs. Eligible organisations listed by the ONS, including successors and equivalent bodies, will be able to access the framework.
