Yes. This webinar forms part of the pre-market engagement for the set-up of ComIT 4 – ICT Solutions and is therefore part of the procurement process.
No. This is for information purposes only. The engagement will be used to inform on the current market and help shape how ComIT 4 – ICT Solutions can best fit it.
Direct awards will remain permissible. They will now require a mandatory transparency notice to be published ahead of entering a contract, as per Procurement Act 2023, Section 44.
We are assessing the market and intend to engage around possible lotting structures that may fit the current market, to consider for ComIT 4 – ICT Solutions. Please note, the intention is that ComIT 4 – ICT Solutions will remain an end-to-end ICT framework for all ICT requirements, as ComIT 3 currently operates.
Yes, there will be various opportunities to engage further. These will align to the timeline shared within the preliminary market engagement notice (subject to updates). Updates will be provided on the previously outlined channels or via direct contact from the HTE team.
The formal competition for the ComIT 4 – ICT Solutions framework will be published around September 2026, as per the current timeline, via the Jaggaer e-tender portal — HealthTrust Europe eTendering Service.
